The Child and Family Support Center offers consultations regarding parenting and families with children. If you have any concerns or worries, please do not hesitate to consult with a counselor instead of handling it alone.

If you are unsure where to seek advice, please feel free to consult us. We will listen to your concerns and guide you to the appropriate consultation desk.

  We provide various consultation services regarding pregnant and postpartum women, children, developmental delays and biases, school-related matters, and domestic violence from spouses.

Consultation Method

1. Consultation by Phone

   Date and Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays and year-end/New Year holidays)
2. Consultation Room (By Appointment)
   The phone number is the same as the one above (1).
   Since the building does not belong to City Hall, those coming by car are requested to use the "City Hall parking lot" or nearby paid parking lots.

Terms of Use

As a general rule, we will respond within approximately one week. If you are in a hurry, please consult us by phone. It may take longer during the year-end and New Year holidays.
Depending on the content, the response may come from a department other than the Child and Family Support Center.

• You can send questions without filling in your address or name.
• If you prefer a response by means other than email, please indicate your preferred method such as postal mail or phone.
• We will not respond to repeated questions of the same nature.
• The content is limited to consultations regarding children and families. We will not respond to emails regarding other matters.
• Responses will be sent via email, but please understand that in urgent situations or if email cannot be sent, we may contact you by phone or other means depending on the circumstances.

In Tokyo, we offer consultations on Parenting and other matters via LINE and phone.
We accept consultations not only from parents or guardians living in Tokyo but also from individuals under 18 years old.
