You can receive a Health Checkup once during the period from 6 months to 7 months of age at designated medical institutions in Tokyo using a health examination ticket.
Distribution of Examination Tickets
Distributed during the Health Checkup for infants aged 3 to 4 months conducted at the Health Center.
