Pregnant Woman Interview

At the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center, Public Health Nurses conduct interviews at the time of pregnancy notification to ensure that pregnant women can spend their pregnancy period with peace of mind and prepare for childbirth and parenting.

Reservation for an Interview with a Public Health Nurse

(1) When making a reservation by phone

Please call the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center. (042-378-3434)

• On weekdays, appointments are available in 30-minute slots starting at 9:00 a.m. (The last interview begins at 3:15 p.m.)
• On Saturdays, interviews are conducted by appointment once every two months

Start Date for Interview Reservations

Reservations for the following month start from the 15th of the previous month.
Example) Reservations for July 1st start being accepted from June 15th. If the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, acceptance begins from the next business day.

Belongings

Maternal and Child Health Handbook (for those who already have one)
Documents that can prove identity (My Number Card, Driver's License, Passport, Residence Card, Health Insurance Card, etc.)

Online Interview

If you are unwell and need to rest at home or are hospitalized, you can have an online interview using a dedicated app. Public Health Nurses will conduct the interviews to help you prepare for a safe childbirth and Parenting. Please use this service for consultations regarding life before and after childbirth, as well as support for siblings.
Interviews are conducted Monday through Friday (excluding year-end and New Year holidays and public holidays) between 9:00 a.m. and 3:15 p.m., and each interview lasts about 30 minutes.

About the Online Interview Reservation Process

(1) Call the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center

Please consult the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center by phone.

We will ask about your current health condition and the progress of your pregnancy.

(2) Interview questionnaire for pregnant women, application for support benefits for pregnant women

After the phone consultation, once the online interview is scheduled, please complete the questionnaire and application in advance using the dedicated form described in the PDF below.

Please contact us again once you have completed the response and application through the dedicated form.

  The system is locked. We will inform you of the password by phone for those who have been scheduled for an online interview.

 (3) Decision of Interview Date and Time

1. Once the documents are received at the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center, we will contact you at the phone number 070-1431-4330. We will determine the interview date and provide you with a reservation number.
2. Please send an email to the system from "Online Interview Here" in the Maternal and Child Health Handbook App "Nashi no Ko Inagi (Mother and Child)". You will need to enter the interview date and reservation number that you provided at that time.
3. A URL for the online interview will be sent via email from the system.
4. When the reserved date and time arrives, please enter through the URL to start the interview.

If you wish to have your mail sent to an address other than your registered residence due to a return home, please submit a Change of Address Notification.
