New System for Children and Parenting Support

Based on the "Child and Child Care Support Act" enacted in August 2012 and the related three child and child care support laws, a new system for child and parenting support started in April 2015.
Therefore, when using education or childcare at facilities that have transitioned to the new system, it is necessary to obtain certification for education and childcare (education and childcare benefit certification for children) according to your child's age and the Parent or Guardian's employment status, etc.

When using kindergartens under the new system, please apply for certification through the facility.
