Development Fee (Parent or Guardian Contribution) and Payment Method
The development fee is a portion of the costs necessary for implementing the After-School Childcare Program that will be borne by the Parents or Guardians.
In addition, the development fee (excluding snack fees and extended hours charges) at private After-School Childcare Programs is the same as below, but for the privately established and operated "After-School Childcare Program Yanokuchi Children's Club," "After-School Childcare Program Children's Forest," and "Hongo After-School Childcare Program," the payment destination will be each Business Operator, so please contact each Business Operator directly regarding payment methods and other inquiries.
1. Amount of nurturing fee (snack costs are not included)
The fee is 5,200 yen per child per month (flat rate).
In addition, there is a system that exempts households protected under the Public Assistance Act, and reduces the amount by 2,600 yen per month for the second and subsequent siblings admitted simultaneously, households exempt from Municipal Resident Tax in the previous year, and single-parent households receiving Medical Expenses assistance.
Reduction or exemption of the childcare fee cannot be decided without an application. Those who believe they are eligible should apply to the Children and Youth Division. The application will be effective from the month following the application month.
2. Method of Delivery
The payment of the training fee is generally made by bank transfer.
Please fill out and seal the necessary items on the Municipal Tax account transfer request form enclosed with the admission decision notification and proceed with the procedure at the financial institution designated by Inagi City (as stated on the back of the Municipal Tax account transfer request form). (For households that used account transfer in the previous year, the withdrawal will be made from the registered account.)
Also, please pay the training fee by payment slip until the procedure for account transfer is completed.
Note: If payment is not made by the due date, late fees may be charged.
3. Easy Application with Cash Card: "Pay-easy Account Transfer Reception Service"
In addition to applying with the Municipal Tax Direct Debit Request Form, applications can be made up to about three weeks before the payment deadline, and you can easily complete the process using a cash card in your name with the "Pay-easy Direct Debit Reception Service." Please refer to the next page for the application method, eligible persons, items to bring, financial institutions handling the service, and types of deposits. However, the reception locations for the development fee are limited to the Children and Youth Division counter and the Hirao and Wakabadai Branch Office counters.
4. Deadline for Payment of Nurturing Fees, Calculation Method
The payment deadline is the end of the month, or the next business day if the end of the month falls on a bank holiday. However, in December, the deadline is around the 26th. (This may vary depending on the fiscal year.)
For admissions and discharges in the middle of the month, they will be calculated as if they occurred in January. The育成料 will need to be paid if you are admitted even for one day during the month, regardless of whether you actually attended. Therefore, please make your Notification of discharge as early as possible. (If you are discharging in the middle of the fiscal year, please submit your Notification to the Children and Youth Division by the 18th of the month you are discharging.)
Note: If payment is not made by the due date, late fees may be charged.
5. Handling of Closure Notification
The following cases can be handled for facility closures.
- During the summer vacation period (August) only, it may be possible for Parent or Guardian care (the childcare fee will not be waived).
- In cases where long-term care is needed due to children's illnesses, the nurturing fee will be waived on a monthly basis during the applicable period.
In either case, it will only apply if the notification was received by the 18th of the previous month.
Life in the After-School Childcare Program
1. About the After-School Childcare Program Guidance

- Collaboration with families and schools
2. About Arrival and Departure
- The development of the After-School Childcare Program is from the time of arrival to the time of departure.
- The After-School Childcare Program is based on self-commuting. For your child's safety, please ensure that the Parent or Guardian and the child confirm the safety of the commuting route together.
- The After-School Childcare Program does not provide transportation for children.
- You cannot arrive at the office by bicycle.
- If you are feeling unwell, please do not force yourself to come to work.
- In the case of school closures or class closures due to COVID-19, influenza, etc., individuals cannot attend the After-School Childcare Program for infection prevention, even if they are healthy.
- Please have the children go directly to the After-School Childcare Program from school. Also, on school holidays, please have them go directly from home between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
- Temporary outings during training hours are not allowed. Going to the hospital or attending tutoring after arriving at the facility will be considered an early departure. Once you leave the facility, you cannot return.
Note: The arrival and departure times are managed for each child, so arrivals and departures outside of the designated times are not accepted for management reasons. However, special cases recognized by the city are exceptions.
3. Regarding Communication with Households

5. About Bento (Lunch Box)
On days when there is no School Lunch and on school holidays, please be sure to provide a bento(Lunch Box). There are children who mistakenly do not bring a bento due to confusion about the start and end dates of the School Lunch program, so please make sure to check the school event schedule. Additionally, please pay attention to the following points.
- Please do not let them carry money instead of a bento(Lunch Box).
- Please take measures to have bento (Lunch Box) delivered in case you forget your bento (Lunch Box).
6. About Illness
- If you have any pre-existing conditions, please inform us in advance.
- Please rest until you fully recover from an infectious disease.
- Please manage your medication (including eye drops) on your own.
- If you feel unwell due to sudden fever or abdominal pain during the training time, please have a Parent or Guardian pick you up.

7. About the Accident
In the event of an injury occurring within the regular club, first aid will be administered; however, depending on the nature of the injury, we will contact the Parent or Guardian. The Parent or Guardian will be responsible for taking the child to the hospital. If it is unavoidable (such as when the Parent or Guardian cannot come immediately), the club will handle the situation.
8. About Parent or Guardian Meetings and Individual Consultations
We will hold it as needed, so please be sure to attend.
9. Others
- If you find a lost item or forgotten item, please contact us immediately.
- Please return the items borrowed from the club as soon as possible.

Response to Disasters
Wind and Water Disasters (Storms, Heavy Rain, and Others)
In the event that an alarm is issued during opening hours
In principle, we will continue the nurturing, but depending on the situation, we may ask the Parent or Guardian to pick up the child even during the nurturing hours.
In the event of a typhoon during open hours
Please contact the Parent or Guardian immediately and ask them to pick up the child. If the Parent or Guardian is unable to come to pick up the child, the child will be handed over to a representative (someone designated by the Parent or Guardian) after confirming the destination. Therefore, if it is not possible to pick up the child immediately, please contact the representative.
In case of a typhoon, heavy snow, etc. during opening hours
In the morning during school attendance, if the school takes measures to close (including cases where the start time of classes is delayed) due to a typhoon or heavy snowfall, the After-School Childcare Program will also be closed in principle. However, if it is determined that childcare can be provided based on the situation after the typhoon has passed, we will establish a system to open.
Earthquake
In the event of an earthquake disaster, the city will respond based on the disaster prevention plan established by the city. Furthermore, a "warning declaration" will only be issued for the Tokai earthquake.
In the event that a "warning declaration" is issued during open hours
In principle, please immediately cease nurturing and ask the Parent or Guardian to pick up the child. If the Parent or Guardian is unable to come to pick up the child, the child will be handed over to a representative (someone designated by the Parent or Guardian) after confirming the destination. Therefore, if you are unable to pick up the child immediately, please contact the representative.
In the case of an earthquake that occurs without a "warning declaration" being issued during open hours
For earthquakes that occur without a warning declaration being issued, actions will be taken in accordance with the procedures for when a warning declaration is issued after the occurrence.
During Evacuation
- In the event of wind and flood disasters or earthquakes, children may need to be evacuated to a safe location. Please confirm the location at home as well.
- Let's discuss how to respond to disasters at home (such as family contact methods and evacuation routes) regularly.
Promise of the After-School Childcare Program
An important aspect of children spending time at the club is the "rules of life," and we make the following promises with the children. We ask that you discuss this well at home before enrollment.
- Let's make sure to attend the After-School Childcare Program as promised to our parents.
- Let's greet each other.
- Let's prepare and tidy up our own belongings.
- Let's take good care of the playground equipment.
- Let's be mindful of dining etiquette.
- After washing your hands, let's dry them with a towel or handkerchief.
- If you sweat, change or take off your clothes and adjust your clothing yourself.
- If you feel unwell, please report it to the staff nearby.
- Be sure to write your name on your belongings.
- Let's stop bringing unnecessary items. (Money, toys, snacks, etc.)
- Items borrowed from the After-School Childcare Program must be returned promptly.
