What is third-party evaluation?
Third-party evaluation refers to a system in which a fair and neutral third-party organization conducts evaluations from a professional and objective standpoint regarding services provided by business operators in welfare facilities such as childcare centers and facilities for older adults, to ensure high-quality service delivery. In Inagi City, in order to improve the services of the After-School Childcare Program, we have been implementing third-party evaluations by evaluation organizations since the 4th year of Reiwa, and we will sequentially proceed with evaluations targeting all After-School Childcare Programs in the city.
