Abuse in the After-School Childcare Program

Abuse in the After-School Childcare Program refers to physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, and psychological abuse by staff towards children. Additionally, staff members of the After-School Childcare Program are prohibited from engaging in any acts that cause harmful effects to the mental and physical well-being of children, including these abusive behaviors. (Revised Child Welfare Act, Article 33-11) If you discover a child who is suspected to have been subjected to such abuse, please report it promptly.
