Transfer procedures for changing schools due to relocation within the city

If you are moving within Inagi City and your school district changes, you will need to go through the transfer procedure.

When transferring to the designated elementary and junior high schools at the new residence

1. Please contact the school you are currently attending, the Academic Affairs Division, and the school you plan to enroll in in advance.
2. Please obtain the "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Textbook Provision Certificate" from the school you are currently enrolled in before moving.
3. When moving, please receive the "Notification of Transfer for School Enrollment" at the Citizen Affairs Division.
4. Please bring the "Transfer Notification" received from the Citizen Affairs Division to the Academic Affairs Division (6th floor of City Hall) to complete the transfer procedure.
   At that time, the school will be designated.
5. Please submit the "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Textbook Provision Certificate" to the designated transfer school.

Note: If you have completed the moving procedures at the Hirao Branch Office or Wakabadai Branch Office

• No procedures are required at the Academic Affairs Division when moving. After completing the transfer procedures at the Branch Office, please submit the "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Textbook Provision Certificate" to the designated school for transfer.
• If you wish to enroll in a school other than the designated school, please contact the Academic Affairs Division (City Hall 6th floor) promptly and come to the counter.

If you wish to continue attending the school before moving

Please consult the Academic Affairs Section (6th floor of City Hall).
