Fourth Cultural Center Children's Center
Do you often find yourself in trouble because you have no place to play? If so, please take a look at the Fourth Children's Center.
The Fourth Cultural Center Children's Center is conveniently located near the station, making it accessible to a wide range of local residents. Children mainly from the Third, Fourth, and Sixth Elementary Schools gather here daily, enjoying fun interactions with kids from various neighborhoods. Dodgeball is extremely popular among the children in the spacious playroom! Preschoolers can also run around and play with balls and other activities.
Please use the Children's Center as a base for play and interaction for local infants and young children and their parents, as well as for children. Feel free to drop by!
Note: The Fourth Cultural Center Children's Center is a publicly operated, privately managed children's center that is entrusted to private business operators for its operation.

Introduction to the Project
Summer and Winter Projects

The Fourth Cultural Center Children's Center plans various programs aimed at preschool children and children above elementary school age.
The main early childhood programs include the "Children's Plaza" and "Parent-Child Rhythm" with invited instructors. These programs are aimed at children from 1 year old to those not yet in school, along with their Parent or Guardian. In the "Children's Plaza," activities such as seasonal crafts and exercises to music are conducted. During the winter Christmas season, the Children's Plaza featured hand games and exercises, followed by a black theater performance of "Christmas Star," where "Silent Night" was played on handbells. The children were surprised yet their eyes sparkled at the appearance of Santa Claus. We plan events to ensure that every session is a fun time.
For business targeting elementary school students and above, we are planning various activities such as seasonal crafts, origami classes, Othello tournaments, dodgeball tournaments, and table tennis tournaments. During the summer vacation, we will also invite instructors to hold blackboard art and trampoline classes. The blackboard art class is aimed at students in the third grade and above, where participants will learn tips for drawing blackboard art and carefully create their own pictures one by one. Although blackboard art may seem challenging, beginners can also take on the challenge and learn the charm of blackboard art.
In addition, there are seasonal events and activities that you can participate in on the day. Infants and Young Children are welcome to come with their guardians, and those in elementary school and above are encouraged to come with their friends!
All the staff are looking forward to it.
Children's Program "Children's Plaza" Christmas Party

At the Children's Center, staff conduct seasonal crafts, hand games, exercises, and storytelling in the "Toddler's Plaza."
We are planning to create a space for parent-child interaction and交流 among parents or guardians.
Children's Project "Blackboard Art"

Each person will draw a picture with chalk on a blackboard.
The instructor teaches each topic carefully, so you can participate with confidence.
Would you like to create a one-of-a-kind original work?
Children's Program "Trampoline Class"

You can receive instruction on basic jumping techniques and various skills on a professional trampoline by inviting a lecturer.
Even if it's your first time, you'll be able to jump happily.
