Regarding Nashinosuke Gift Certificates (Paper)
On the release day at 10 a.m., I went to Pair Terrace to buy it, but due to the long line, I went to Zaruya and lined up there. It sold out in about 15 minutes, so I returned to Pair Terrace and waited in line until nearly 11 a.m., but I couldn't buy it. Meanwhile, my friend also went to Oshitate Drug and Takahashi Music, but it seems they sold out quickly there as well.
The upper limit on the number of certificates sold was high, and many people who wanted to buy them could not, so I think it would have been better to limit it to 50,000 yen per person.
Since people lined up in the heat, there was concern about heatstroke, so I think the timing should also be considered.

The Nashinosuke gift certificates are a project in which the city provides subsidies and the Inagi Commerce and Industry Association issues the certificates to revitalize the local economy. This fiscal year, by utilizing the national government’s priority support local allocation tax, the premium rate has been raised from 10% to 20%, the price per booklet has been lowered from 10,000 yen to 5,000 yen to make it easier to purchase, and the number of booklets sold has been increased from 10,000 to 17,000.
The Inagi Nashinosuke gift certificates sold out earlier than last year due to the significant effects of the premium rate increase and their popularity.
Regarding the sales methods of the Inagi Nashinosuke gift certificates, the issuing body, the Inagi City Commerce and Industry Association, has made the decisions. Taking into account the opinions received about the sales limit per person and the congestion during sales, we understand that they are considering measures to ensure fairer purchasing opportunities in the future.
As a city, while digitalization is progressing, we sell paper vouchers with the cooperation of local commercial stores so that those who find it difficult to use digital vouchers can still purchase them. If you are able to apply digitally, it is not on a first-come, first-served basis, so we would like to ask you to use that option.
We will share this opinion with the Inagi City Commerce and Industry Association and collaborate to make the project easier for citizens to purchase.
