Regarding the Scenery in Front of Inagi-Naganuma Station

The Tokyo Verdy flags hung on the utility poles along the road between Inagi Pair Park and the station make a loud flapping noise during strong winds, which is really noisy and keeps me awake at night. When reinstalling them, could they be changed to a more breathable fabric?

Flags are displayed on streetlights within Inagi City to foster support for the Yomiuri Giants, who consider Inagi City their hometown, and Tokyo Verdy.
Regarding the noise caused by the flags that has been causing inconvenience, we will work to reduce fluttering during strong winds by checking the fastening conditions such as eyelets and cords and adjusting the fixing positions.
If the noise still does not subside, we will remove the flag only at the relevant location, so we would appreciate it if you could contact us.
Also, when renewing the flags, we will consider changing to mesh materials based on the feedback we have received.
