About Inagi Station Bus Stop
Last year, long-term renovation work was carried out at the rotary in front of Inagi Station, but the work ended unfinished. Although the original plan did not mention renovation work part 1 or part 2, the construction of the bus stop roof was changed to part 2, which will be carried out in this fiscal year's bid. In the midst of this heat, the bus stop towards Koyodai still has no roof.
Koyodai area is being sacrificed for the bus service that runs only three times a day.
Bus services have been reduced, and there are times when you have to wait a long time for the bus.
The rainy season is approaching, followed by expected intense heat. Please install a roof at the bus stop or move the bus stop towards the Koyodai area before then.
Response
Regarding the Inagi Station South Exit Station Square, considering the urban infrastructure development of the Minamiyama Eastern Land Readjustment Project currently underway and the surrounding community development such as the "TOKYO GIANTS TOWN" concept, we have started improvement work on the Inagi Station South Exit Station Square from fiscal year 2024 with the aims of enhancing the safety and convenience for station users and accommodating the expansion of route buses. The construction is scheduled to be completed this fiscal year. Due to the scale of the work and the need to keep the bus stops operational during construction, the project is being carried out as a two-year plan as originally intended.
Regarding the bus stops you requested, we plan to improve the shelters and sidewalks this fiscal year. We apologize for the inconvenience until the improvements are completed and kindly ask for your patience.
