Children's Center in Minamiyama
The poor manners of elementary school students in the apartment complex are repeatedly highlighted, but the situation never improves through warnings alone.
Since there is no Children's Center in Minamiyama yet, the after-school playground for elementary school students has become the shared space of the apartment buildings, and almost all shared spaces are occupied by children.
Even if you take your children to the kids' space, elementary school students hang around there, and the area is scattered with candy wrappers, belongings, and shoes that have been taken off.
I don't know whether there is a plan or not, but I would like to request the prompt establishment of Children's Centers like Hongo Children's Center and Shiroyama Children's Center.
Response
Regarding the use of shared spaces and kids' areas in condominiums, it is necessary to create rules and methods of awareness that children can firmly follow, and to establish an environment where adults within the condominium have a common understanding and can mutually remind each other.
Regarding the proposal to establish a Children's Center in the Minamiyama area, there are currently no plans to do so. However, we will continue to promote measures for creating an environment where parenting can be done with peace of mind, as well as support for parenting and the creation of safe and secure places for children.
