Holiday Service Counter at City Hall
The Holiday Service Counter on the first floor of City Hall will be open on the following dates.
We are conducting our operations with limitations, so please be aware of the following points in advance.
- The services handled are those listed in the section below titled 'Open Office Window'.
- The reception in the morning is until 11:45 AM, and it will resume at 1:00 PM. Please understand that you cannot enter the building outside of reception hours, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Depending on the type of procedure, "Online Application", "Convenience Store Issuance"and "Mail Request" may also be available. Please refer to the following link. (For details, please contact us)

Generally, the second Sunday and the fourth Saturday of every month
Note: There are exceptions to the general schedule for April 2026. For details, please see the table below.
Notice: The wide-area issuance of family register certificates and other documents began on March 1, 2024, but wide-area issuance of family register certificates and other documents is not available on holidays. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Notice: From November 2026 onward, including the implementation system, it is under consideration.

Morning: From 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM
Afternoon: From 1 PM to 5 PM
Note: You cannot enter the building outside of reception hours. Additionally, it tends to get crowded from around 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM, so we kindly ask you to use the services early.
