Change in Wakabadai Branch Office Opening Hours: Open on Sundays (except the day after the 3rd Saturday) and the 4th Saturday; Closed on Fridays
To improve convenience, from November 2026, the office will be open on Sundays (except the day after the 3rd Saturday) and the 4th Saturday. Also, Fridays will be closed, and the service window hours will change on both weekdays and weekends (new hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), so please be aware.
Note: The services handled differ from those on weekdays.
Note: The main office and Hirao Branch Office are closed on weekends, and congestion is expected. Also, depending on the procedure details and individual circumstances, the process may not be completed on the same day, and you may need to visit the main office again at a later date, so please allow plenty of time when you come.

Office Hours: Counter Service from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Telephone Inquiries from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Open Days: Monday through Thursday, Sunday (except the Sunday following the 3rd Saturday), and the 4th Saturday
Closed days: Friday, Saturday (except the 4th Saturday), Sunday following the 3rd Saturday, public holidays (except when Sunday and the 4th Saturday are public holidays), and year-end/New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3)
End of Holiday Opening at the Main Office
The regular holiday openings at the City Hall main building will end on Saturday, October 24. Please note that the Hirao Branch Office is open only on weekdays.
Main Services Provided on Saturdays and Sundays
Weekend opening days: Sundays (except the Sunday following the 3rd Saturday) and the 4th Saturday, excluding the year-end and New Year holidays
- The Branch Office handles part of the City Hall's services.
- At the Branch Office, you can basically obtain the Certificate of Residence, Seal Registration Certificate, etc., even on weekends, but application and Notification documents are generally only accepted and may be reviewed later by the responsible department or may not be handled, so please understand this in advance.
- There may be cases where the Branch Office cannot provide detailed guidance or consultations about the system.

Please Use the My Number Card Center
Procedures related to the My Number Card are also conducted at the Inagi My Number Card Center directly connected to Inagi Station on the Keio Line.
The center is open on some weekends and weekday evenings, and in addition to procedures such as updating electronic certificates and resetting PINs handled at the Wakabadai Branch Office, it also offers various procedures exclusive to the center, including those related to card issuance. Please make use of these services.
