From November 2024, the reception hours at the counter will change.

Regarding Changes to Reception Hours at City Hall and Other Counters

We will secure time for preparatory and follow-up work as well as business improvements for counter services, and change the reception hours at City Hall and other counters in order to improve convenience for citizens amid increasingly sophisticated and complex citizen needs, while promoting sustainable administrative and financial management.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

(Note) Please be aware that the Wakabadai Branch Office (holiday opening) will follow the revised reception hours from Sunday, November 1.

From 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

(Note) Entry outside of reception hours is generally not allowed.

(Note) The unlocking time of the City Hall main building is 8:45 a.m.

All counter services including face-to-face application procedures and various consultations from citizens and business operators

(Note) During the election period, some notifications, etc., will be accepted by the Election Administration Commission from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Certificate Convenience Store Issuance Service

By using the My Number Card (Individual Number Card) and others, you can obtain certificates such as a copy of the Certificate of Residence at multifunction terminals (multi-copy machines) in convenience stores nationwide.
