Convenience Store Issuance of Various Certificates
By using the My Number Card (Individual Number Card) and others, you can obtain certificates such as a copy of the Certificate of Residence at multifunction terminals (multi-copy machines) in convenience stores nationwide.

Eligible Users
Those who are registered residents of Inagi City and possess a My Number Card, a Special Residence Card, or a Special Permanent Resident Certificate (equipped with a user authentication electronic certificate).

How to Use
You can obtain certificates at multifunction terminals (multi-copy machines) at convenience stores nationwide that support the following convenience store issuance.
- Touch the "Administrative Services" on the touch panel screen of the multifunction terminal (multi-copy machine).
- Set your My Number Card, etc. in the designated position and enter the 4-digit PIN (for user authentication).
- Touch the type of certificate.
- Insert the fee and touch "Print Start".
- Certificates and receipts will be printed.

- Note: Usage hours may vary depending on the store.
- Note: Excludes the year-end and New Year period (from December 29 to January 3) and during equipment maintenance.

Convenience Store Issuance Using Smartphones
For those who have a My Number Card, it is now possible to install a "My Number Card for Smartphones" on your smartphone, which has the same electronic certificate functionality as the My Number Card.
This allows you to obtain a Certificate of Residence and other documents at convenience stores using only your smartphone, without carrying the physical My Number Card.

About Security Measures
- Users operate the multifunction terminal (multi-copy machine) themselves to obtain documents, so personal information is not exposed to others.
- Measures to prevent personal information leakage are implemented, such as using a dedicated line network and encrypting communications.
- The multifunction terminal (multi-copy machine) provides screen displays and voice guidance to prevent forgetting to take your My Number Card or certificates.
- Certificates are printed with forgery and tampering prevention processing.
Important Notes (Please be sure to read)
- Those who have not completed the continuation procedures for their My Number Card, etc., after submitting a notification of moving in cannot use the convenience store issuance service. It is necessary to complete the continuation procedures at the Inagi My Number Card Center or Branch Office. (Please check the link below for information about the Inagi My Number Card Center)
- Those who have submitted a notification of moving out cannot use the convenience store issuance service. Additionally, if there are members of the same household who have submitted a notification of moving out, the Certificate of Residence cannot be obtained until the moving out is confirmed or the scheduled moving out date has passed.
- If you have completed the transfer procedure on a holiday opening day, you will not be able to obtain the certificate immediately. It will be available for use from the afternoon of the next opening day.
- If there are individuals in the household whose period of stay has expired, it may not be possible to obtain a certificate.
- Changes to names and other details associated with family register submissions may take time to reflect. For more information, please contact us.
- Those eligible for support measures under the Basic Resident Register Act cannot use the convenience store issuance service. Please apply at the City Hall or Branch Office.
- The certificates issued at City Hall or the Branch Office are different from the forms.
- If one copy of the Certificate of Residence consists of multiple pages, it will not be stapled. You can determine it as a single set by the page number and unique number listed on the certificate.
- Certificates cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- If there is a paper jam, print distortion, or other equipment trouble when issuing the certificate, please report it to the staff on the spot, and after a refund, proceed with reissuing the certificate.
- If you wish to obtain a certificate for reasons that exempt you from the fee according to regulations, please apply at the City Hall or Branch Office counter (refunds cannot be made later).
- It may take some time to issue the certificate. Please wait for a while without leaving the area during the issuance.
- The My Number Card and similar cards contain personal information and are important cards that can be used as official identification. Please be very careful in handling them to avoid leaving them behind or losing them.
- If you have lost your PIN, you need to reset it at the Inagi My Number Card Center or a Branch Office.
- If you enter the PIN incorrectly three times in a row, it will be locked. To unlock it, you need to complete the procedure at the Inagi My Number Card Center or a Branch Office.
