With a My Number Card, you can obtain certificates anytime, anywhere at convenience stores!

You can obtain certificates at convenience stores nationwide

Using a My Number Card, Special Residence Card, or Special Permanent Resident Certificate, you can obtain copies of the Certificate of Residence, Seal Registration Certificate, and more at convenience stores nationwide.
 

Eligible Users

Those who meet the following two conditions

  • Those who are registered residents of Inagi City
  • My Number Card, Special Residence Card, or Special Permanent Resident Certificate (with a user authentication electronic certificate installed) holder

How to Use

Available Hours

From 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM

 

Note: Not available during the year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3).

Note: Not available during equipment maintenance.

Note: Operating hours may vary depending on the store.

Multi-copy machines (multifunction terminals) located in convenience stores nationwide

  • Ministop
  • Aeon Retail, etc.

Note: Not available at stores without multi-function copy machines.

Usage Procedure

  1. Select "Administrative Services" on the multi-function copy machine
  2. Insert your My Number Card, etc., and enter the 4-digit PIN (for user authentication)
  3. Select the required certificate
  4. Insert the fee into the machine and touch "Print Start"
  5. The certificate and receipt will be printed

Convenience Store Issuance Using Smartphones

By using the "My Number Card for Smartphones," you can obtain a Certificate of Residence and other documents at convenience stores without carrying the physical My Number Card.

About Security Measures

  • Since you operate it yourself, it is difficult for others to see your personal information.
  • Communication is conducted via dedicated lines and encryption.
  • There is a function to prevent forgetting to take your My Number Card or certificates.
  • Certificates undergo forgery and tampering prevention processing.

Important Notes (Please be sure to read)

The following persons cannot use convenience store issuance services

  • Those who have not completed the continuation procedures for their My Number Card, etc., after submitting a moving-in notification
  • Those who have submitted a moving-out notification (If someone in the same household has submitted a moving-out notification, the Certificate of Residence cannot be obtained until the moving-out is confirmed or the scheduled moving-out date has passed)
  • Those who completed the change procedures on a holiday office day (available from the afternoon of the next office day)
  • Those whose period of stay has expired (including cases where someone in the household has passed the expiration date)
  • Those eligible for support measures
  • Those whose name, registered domicile, etc. have changed (it takes time for the information to be reflected. Please contact us for details)
  • Those whose user electronic certificate has expired
  • Those whose user electronic certificate PIN is locked

Other Notes

  • Certificates cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • If one copy of the Certificate of Residence consists of multiple pages, it will not be stapled. You can determine it as a single set by the page number and unique number listed on the certificate.
  • If there is a paper jam, print distortion, or other equipment trouble when issuing the certificate, please report it to the staff on the spot, and after a refund, proceed with reissuing the certificate.
  • If you wish to obtain a certificate for reasons that exempt you from the fee according to regulations, please apply at the City Hall or Branch Office counter (refunds cannot be made later).
  • It may take some time to issue the certificate. Please wait for a while without leaving the area during the issuance.
  • The My Number Card and similar cards contain personal information and are important cards that can be used as official identification. Please be very careful in handling them to avoid leaving them behind or losing them.
  • If you have lost your PIN, you need to reset it at the Inagi My Number Card Center or a Branch Office.
  • If you enter the PIN incorrectly three times in a row, it will be locked. To unlock it, you need to complete the procedure at the Inagi My Number Card Center or a Branch Office.
