Information on Inagi My Number Card Center (Coming Soon)

The My Number Card Center is preparing to open on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

We will add more information as preparations progress.

We will continue to perform "updating and issuing electronic certificates" and "resetting the PIN for the My Number Card (unlocking)".

Note: Procedures conducted simultaneously with address changes such as moving in or relocating will continue to be handled.

(3) Resetting (Unlocking) and Changing the PIN of the My Number Card 【Online Reservation Preparation in Progress】

　Resetting… When you forget the PIN set on your My Number Card or when the PIN verification fails more than the allowed number of times and the card becomes locked, this procedure initializes the PIN and allows you to set a new one.

(4) Changes to the Information on the My Number Card (Change of Address or Name) 【Online Reservation Preparation in Progress】

When there is a change in address or name, the updated information will be recorded on the card.

This is handled simultaneously with procedures for address changes such as moving in or relocating, and family register procedures. If the change cannot be made during the procedure, it will be handled at the My Number Card Center.
