Convenience Store Issuance of Tax Certificates and Non-Tax Certificates

You can obtain tax certificates and non-tax certificates using the My Number Card (Individual Number Card) or similar at multifunction terminals (multi-copy machines) in convenience stores nationwide.

Eligible Users

Those registered as residents in Inagi City and who possess a My Number Card, Special Permanent Resident Certificate, or Specific Residence Card equipped with a user authentication electronic certificate

Certificates Available

Please be sure to read the following precautions when obtaining a certificate.

Eligibility	For the individual who filed a declaration Note: If there is no declaration and no information on salary or Pension, issuance is not possible. (This also applies if the applicant is a dependent.)
Issuable Fiscal Year	Only the latest fiscal year at that time Example: From June of year N to May of year (N+1): A certificate for "Fiscal Year N" can be issued.

How to Use

You can obtain certificates at multifunction terminals (multi-copy machines) at convenience stores nationwide that support the following convenience store issuance.

1. Touch the "Administrative Services" on the touch panel screen of the multifunction terminal (multi-copy machine).
2. Set your My Number Card, etc. in the designated position and enter the 4-digit PIN (for user authentication).
3. Touch the type of certificate.
4. Insert the fee and touch "Print Start".
5. Certificates and receipts will be printed.

From 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM

• Note: Usage hours may vary depending on the store.
• Note: Excluding the year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3) and during equipment maintenance.

Seven-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, Aeon Retail, and others nationwide

Note: It cannot be used at stores without multifunction terminals (multi-copy machines).

About Security Measures

• Users operate the multifunction terminal (multi-copy machine) themselves to obtain documents, so personal information is not exposed to others.
• Measures to prevent personal information leakage are implemented, such as using a dedicated line network and encrypting communications.
• The multifunction terminal (multi-copy machine) provides screen displays and voice guidance to prevent forgetting to take your My Number Card or certificates.
• Certificates are printed with forgery and tampering prevention processing.

Important Notes for Convenience Store Issuance (Please be sure to read)

• Those who have not completed the continuation procedures for their My Number Card, etc., after submitting a moving-in notification cannot use the convenience store issuance service. It is necessary to complete the continuation procedures at the Inagi My Number Card Center or a Branch Office.
• Those who have submitted a moving-out notification cannot use the convenience store issuance service, even if they are being taxed in Inagi City.
• When you have made a declaration at the City Hall counter, it will not be immediately reflected on the certificates issued at convenience stores. It will be reflected after the afternoon of the next business day.
• Persons eligible for support measures under the Basic Resident Registration Act cannot use the convenience store issuance service.
• The paper used is different from the certificates issued at City Hall or Branch Offices.
• Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged, and fees are non-refundable.
• If there is a paper jam, print distortion, or other equipment trouble when issuing the certificate, please report it to the staff on the spot, and after a refund, proceed with reissuing the certificate.
• If you wish to obtain a certificate with a fee exemption due to reasons such as ordinances, please apply at the counter of City Hall or a Branch Office instead of using the convenience store issuance service. Please note that refunds cannot be made afterward.
• It may take some time to issue the certificate. Please wait for a while without leaving the area during the issuance.
• The My Number Card and similar cards contain personal information and are important cards that can be used as official identification. Please be very careful in handling them to avoid leaving them behind or losing them.
• If you have lost your PIN, you need to reset it at the Inagi My Number Card Center or a Branch Office.
• If you enter the PIN incorrectly three times in a row, it will be locked. To unlock it, you need to complete the procedure at the Inagi My Number Card Center or a Branch Office.
