Closure of Pediatric Clinics Around Inagi Station

I heard that the local children's clinic will close in September. It was a wonderful pediatric clinic that had been deeply rooted in the community for a long time, so I am quite shocked by the significant impact this will have on parenting. Since there will no longer be pediatric specialists around Inagi Station, I am increasingly worried that continuing to work as a mother will become difficult. All the other parents around me have expressed the same concerns.

In our city, to ensure that everyone can safely receive medical services nearby, we are working to enhance community healthcare in collaboration with the Inagi City Medical Association (hereinafter referred to as the Medical Association).
When opening a medical facility, it is possible only if the physician makes a management decision that there will be no competition in the same medical specialty nearby and that patient attraction is expected, considering various factors such as the population dynamics of each region comprehensively. The Medical Association accepts consultations from physicians considering opening a practice, provides information closely related to the community such as the medical situation and characteristics within the city, and supports the opening process.
Regarding the pediatric clinics around Inagi Station that you inquired about, at this time there is no information about any new medical facilities opening. However, we will continue to work in cooperation with the medical association to support efforts toward opening new clinics.
