Regarding Dangerous Riding of Motorcycles

On the steep uphill slope near the Hirao Neighborhood Association's bulletin board, a motorcycle sped up the hill quickly, and I thought that if there were pedestrians, a traffic accident could occur.
Could a sign be installed next to the bulletin board saying something like "This slope is dangerous, so please drive slowly" or "Cannot be climbed during snowfall"?
Also, the notices on this bulletin board are not properly affixed, and since it is a windy location, there is a possibility of traffic accidents caused by flying papers.
Additionally, since the roads around here are narrow and there are many blind spots, please consider installing appropriate warning signs.

Response

Regarding the road near the Hirao Neighborhood Association’s bulletin board that you inquired about, since the road width is narrow, we will consider installing cautionary signs to inform especially motorcyclists to reduce their speed and to raise awareness of the dangers during snowfall.
Additionally, for bicycle users, the city, in cooperation with the Tama Central Police Station and the Tama Inagi Traffic Safety Association, will conduct street activities and use the city website and public relations paper to inform citizens about bicycle rules and manners. We will also request the Tama Central Police Station to crack down on dangerous bicycle riding, thereby ensuring pedestrian safety and encouraging bicycle users to follow traffic rules.
In addition, we will convey your requests regarding the Hirao Neighborhood Association's postings to the administrator.
