When introducing new vehicles in the future, we would like to request smaller bicycles with smaller inch sizes like those in the 23 wards.
The saddle cannot be lowered all the way down due to the lock, making it difficult to reach the pedals. We kindly ask you to consider this.

Regarding the share cycle vehicles, Open Street Inc., the provider of "HELLO CYCLING," manages the allocation while understanding usage records and needs.
As for the introduction of small-wheeled bicycles mentioned in your proposal, we will share your request with the service provider OpenStreet and use it as a reference for future share cycle business development.
