Kasayato Shinsui Park: Photography Etiquette

The area around the park is often visited by many people and cars for the purpose of photographing the kestrel.
While I appreciate your visit to the city, as a neighboring resident, I feel that there are aspects of the living environment that are hard to overlook. Specifically, there are issues such as "the parking lot being full for long periods" and "people lined up with large telephoto lenses on the side of the road, creating a danger for vehicle traffic."
In this regard, I have a suggestion: how about making the parking lot paid, like other parks?

Response

Regarding the two parking lots at Kasayato Shinsui Park, it has been decided to introduce a fee system from the perspective of proper user cost allocation, improvement of usage manners, and crime prevention. The implementation is scheduled for April 2025 or later.
