The 47th Tamagawa River Cleanup will be held (April 5, 2026)

We will conduct cleanup activities to keep the Tamagawa River beautiful.
Please invite your family and neighbors and join us.

Sunday, April 5, 2026

Note: Canceled in case of rain (No rescheduling)

Event Time

From 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Reception starts from 8:30 a.m.
The opening ceremony will be held from 9:00 a.m., and cleaning activities will begin after the ceremony ends.
After cleaning is finished, please return the equipment and leave (there will be no closing ceremony, etc.).

Venue

(1) Tamagawa Green Park (Yanokuchi, under Tamagawara Bridge)
(2) Inagi North Green Park (Higashi-Naganuma)

Note: North Green Park is expected to be crowded. Please participate at Tamagawa Green Park as much as possible.
Note: Please come to both venues on foot or by public transportation.

About Reception

If you are coming as a group, the representative can check in for the entire party.

Clothing and belongings

Clothes that can get dirty, hat

Note: Garbage bags, work gloves, and tongs will be distributed at reception. (Since quantities are limited, we would appreciate it if you could bring your own if you have them.)

Notes

• Please have one representative receive the cleaning tools .
• Do not touch the garbage with bare hands; please use the provided tongs or similar tools.
• Please do not enter the water.
• Please be careful of your footing to avoid injury during activities.
• Used work gloves will not be collected.
  Please take them home and either reuse or dispose of them.

In case of cancellation

• A sign announcing the cancellation will be placed at the meeting point by 8 AM.
• Notifications will also be provided on the city website, Inagi City Email Distribution Service, and the official city LINE, etc.
