As part of the city's ongoing "5R+1" initiative, we will repair broken toys as a Reuse project.
Please come with your child, as we will ask about their symptoms and condition at the reception.
We accept repairs for up to two broken toys per group.
(Dangerous items such as model guns, items for which compliance with laws and regulations cannot be confirmed, and items that were broken from the start due to second-hand purchases are excluded.)
Please bring any instruction manuals or original boxes with you to assist in your treatment.
(Note) Depending on the condition of the toy, treatment may take a long time.
