Transfer procedures for changing schools due to moving from outside the city
When transferring to Inagi City Public Elementary and Junior High Schools
- Please call the Academic Affairs Division and the school you plan to attend in advance.
- Please obtain the "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Textbook Provision Certificate" from the school you are currently enrolled in before moving in.
- When you move in, please receive the "Notification of Transfer for School Enrollment" at the Citizen Affairs Division.
- Please bring the "Transfer Notification for School Enrollment" received from the Citizen Affairs Division to the Academic Affairs Division (6th floor of City Hall) to complete the transfer enrollment procedures. At that time, you will specify the school you wish to attend.
- Please submit the "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Textbook Provision Certificate" to the designated school for transfer enrollment.
Note: If you have completed the transfer procedures at the Hirao Branch Office or Wakabadai Branch Office
- No procedures are required at the Academic Affairs Division when moving in. After completing the moving-in procedures at the Branch Office, please submit the "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Textbook Provision Certificate" to the designated school for enrollment.
- If you wish to enroll in a school other than the designated school, please contact the Academic Affairs Division (City Hall 6th floor) promptly and come to the counter.
If you are enrolled in national, metropolitan, or private elementary and junior high schools
If a child attending national, metropolitan, or private elementary and junior high schools moves into Inagi City, the Parent or Guardian is required to notify the Inagi City Board of Education.
Please submit your notification via the link below. Attaching the "Certificate of Enrollment" or "Student Handbook" from the school your child attends is required.
Also, if you come to be enrolled in a national, metropolitan, or private elementary and junior high school after moving in, please promptly complete the procedures via the link below.

If you continue to attend a municipal school in your previous city or town
Please complete the procedures for attending school outside your designated area at the Board of Education of your previous address.
Also, after completing the relocation procedures at the Citizen Affairs Division, please inform the Academic Affairs Division (6th floor of City Hall) accordingly.
