For children newly entering elementary school from April 2026, procedures and other matters will be carried out according to the schedule below.

  • October to November, 2025: School Entrance Health Checkup ( Completed )
  • Sending of School Enrollment Notifications in January 2026
  • Around February, 2026: Enrollment Briefing Session

School Entrance Health Checkup

The School Entrance Health Checkup was conducted for children entering elementary school in April 2026, using the elementary schools within the school district as venues.

This Health Checkup is intended to confirm the physical and mental health condition of children before school enrollment and to provide necessary advice and guidance for health management.

Note: If your child has not undergone the School Entrance Health Checkup and you have not contacted the Academic Affairs Division or the school, please contact the Academic Affairs Division immediately.

School Enrollment Notification

The Board of Education will send a school enrollment notification to households with children newly entering elementary school from April 2026 by January 2026.
The school enrollment notification should be submitted to the school during the entrance ceremony, so please keep it safe.
Also, please contact the Academic Affairs Division promptly next time.

  1. When the school enrollment notification does not arrive
  2. When moving in or out after receiving the school enrollment notification
  3. When enrolling in private or national elementary schools

Schedule of Briefing Sessions Before Elementary School Enrollment

Briefing sessions will be held as per the schedule below for Parents or Guardians of children enrolling in municipal elementary schools in April 2026.
