Information on the Business Attraction System
This city leverages its rich natural environment and excellent access to major metropolitan areas to promote Community Development that is attractive to all business operators throughout the region.
To promote the advancement of businesses in this city, incentives are provided to business operators who establish themselves here, as well as to those who transfer or lease land to such business operators, or lease buildings to them.
Furthermore, additional grants will be provided when new employees residing in the city are hired or when local contractors are utilized for the construction of business facilities. Please consider locating your business in our city on this occasion.
Types and Eligibility of Incentives

| 1. General Incentive | Companies that purchase or lease new business land, construct a business office, and start operations |
| 2. Incentive for Attracting Food and Beverage Establishments | Companies that build food and beverage establishments on business land they own or lease and start restaurant operations |
| 3. Incentive for Attracting Ryokan and Hotel Operations | Companies that start inn or hotel operations in buildings they own or lease |
| 4. Incentive for Leasing Food and Beverage Establishments | Companies that lease buildings they own as food and beverage establishments to Business Operators |
| 5. Incentive for Leasing Inn and Hotel Facilities | Companies that lease buildings they own for use as inns or hotels to Business Operators |
| 6. Land Securing Incentive | Providers who transfer or lease business land eligible for incentives from items 1 to 5 above |
Regarding Additional Payments
When receiving incentives from items 1 to 5, there is a possibility of receiving additional payments if the following requirements are met.
- When citizens are employed as regular workers
- When a business office is newly established using a construction contractor company within the city
