Information on the Business Attraction System

Our city is leveraging its favorable natural environment and good access to promote community development that is attractive to businesses throughout the region.
For companies located in our city, we will provide a subsidy equivalent to 90% of the Property Tax and Urban Planning Tax for a maximum of 5 years. Additionally, if employment of local residents is promoted or if the construction of business facilities is carried out using local Business Operators, an additional payment will be granted.
We encourage you to consider establishing your business in our city during this opportunity.

Overview of the System

Eligibility

• Entire City, in principle regardless of industry.
• Having 20 or more regular employees and a business site area of 1,000 square meters or more.
• The start of operations must be within three years after the acquisition or lease of the business site.
• It is land that has not been used or utilized for profit for the five years prior to the application date.

Business Attraction Incentive Grant

90% of the amount equivalent to Property Tax and Urban Planning Tax imposed on designated business establishments will be granted for a maximum of 5 years (the annual grant limit is 100 million yen)

Additional Payment (limited to the first disbursement of the incentive payment)

Citizen Employment Promotion Allowance

If a citizen is employed as a regular worker for more than one year, a subsidy of 100,000 yen will be provided per person.

Incentive for Utilizing Local Construction Contractors

If a new business establishment is created using construction contractors (including subcontractors) with a head office in the city, 1% of the contract amount for the construction work will be granted.
