Please bring the seal you wish to register and apply at the City Hall Citizen Affairs Division or at any Branch Office. Additionally, if you bring a government-issued photo identification such as a driver's license or passport, or if you have a guarantor who is registered for seal registration in a municipality within Tokyo, the seal registration will be completed on the same day as the application.
If you do not fall under the above categories, the seal registration will not be completed on the day of application. We will mail an inquiry form to the seal registrant, and after you respond to it, the registration will be completed.
