About the Tax Return Preparation Venue

At the tax return preparation venue, "admission tickets" will be distributed to avoid congestion.
Admission tickets can be obtained not only by distribution at the venue on the day but also through advance issuance via LINE.

Opening Period

From Monday, February 16, 2026 to Monday, March 16, 2026

Note: Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. However, on Sunday, March 1, 2026, consultations and reception will be held at the Tachikawa Tax Office.

Reception Hours

• Reception: From 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Submissions only until 5:00 PM)
• Consultation Start: 9 AM

Note: Depending on the distribution status of admission tickets, the reception may close earlier than scheduled.

Transportation

There will be no parking available during the above period, so please use public transportation.

• Train = Keio Line, get off at "Takahanafudo Station" and walk for 15 minutes

• Bus = From Takahatafudo Station to Hino Station, get off at "Machiya" and walk for 8 minutes
