Please bring the following and apply at the City Hall Citizen Affairs Division or at each Branch Office.

1. Registered Seal
2. Power of Attorney
3. Identification documents of the agent

Please note that the seal registration will not be completed on the day of application. We will mail an inquiry form to the seal registrant, and registration will be completed after you respond to it.
