About Vendor Recruitment

Overview

We are recruiting vendors for the festival venue. For details, please check the "Inagi City Tourism Association HP" (external link) at the bottom of the page.

〇 Date and Time: March 28 (Saturday) and 29 (Sunday), from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

〇 Location: Road along the south side of City Hall by the Misawa River, City Hall First Parking Lot, JA Tokyo Minami Parking Lot

〇Capacity: Tents = 35 units, Kitchen cars = 20 units (both are planned numbers) (Note) Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

〇Cost: 19,000 yen (for 2 days)

〇How to Apply: In person, by mail, or by email

〇Application Period: From Friday, December 2 to Friday, December 19

Regarding Sponsorship Recruitment

Overview

We are seeking supporters who agree with the purpose of this project and wish to cooperate. Company names and personal names will be displayed on PR flyers, venue maps, and boards inside the venue. For details, please check the "Inagi City Tourism Association HP" (External Link) at the bottom of the page.

〇Target: Companies, organizations, individuals, etc., anyone regardless of whether they are inside or outside the city

〇Cost: 5,000 yen per unit (no upper limit)

〇How to Apply: Mail, Email

〇Application Period: From Tuesday, December 2 to Tuesday, January 20
