[Tokyo Metropolitan Government] Training Project for Potentially Qualified Persons (Care Workers, etc.)
From FY2025, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has newly launched the "Potentially Qualified Persons Employment Promotion Project." Starting in September 2025, this project provides necessary support such as outreach and consultations to potentially qualified individuals who hold certifications such as care worker qualifications but are not currently employed at welfare facilities, thereby encouraging their reemployment in the welfare industry.
As part of this project, the "Training Project for Potentially Qualified Persons (Care Workers, etc.)" will be launched, targeting potentially qualified persons to acquire the necessary skills for returning to welfare workplaces and to obtain the latest information through reskilling.
