Eligible for Loan

This applies to those who meet the following requirements and have no spouse, and have been residing in Tokyo for more than six months.
Requirements: Bereavement, divorce, missing or unknown status, detention under law (long-term), loss of working ability, unmarried mother or father, etc.

Welfare Fund for Mothers and Children, and Fathers and Children

Those who are supporting children under 20 years old, either girls or boys

Women's Welfare Fund

Those who are supporting parents, children, siblings, etc. (no income restrictions)

Those with an annual income of 2,036,000 yen or less who have previously supported a child under 20 as a single mother, or those who are 40 years or older with a history of marriage.

School preparation funds, educational funds, relocation funds, living funds, medical and nursing care funds, skill acquisition funds, training funds, business start-up funds, business continuation funds, employment preparation funds, housing funds, wedding funds

Interest

Scholarship funds, school preparation funds, employment preparation funds (limited to those related to children), and training funds are interest-free. Others are interest-free if a guarantor is provided (1% per year if no guarantor is provided).

First, you will have a preliminary interview with the mother-child and father-child independence support staff.
You need to make a reservation for the interview, so please be sure to contact us in advance.
