Child Support Guarantee Support Project
Overview of the System
To ensure peace of mind in parenting after divorce, we provide subsidies for expenses related to procedures aimed at securing child support (such as the creation of notarized documents, divorce mediation, child support guarantee contracts, and out-of-court dispute resolution procedures (ADR)).
Note: The city does not intervene in divorce matters.
