About School Support Concierges

School Support Concierges started their activities in FY2013, organized by junior high school blocks, serving as collaborators for Elementary and Junior High Schools, and playing a role in the comprehensive coordination of community-based educational support activities. In FY2022, School Management Councils were established at all municipal Elementary and Junior High Schools, and following the introduction of Community Schools, School Support Concierges have taken on the role of Regional School Collaboration Activity Promoters, acting as coordinators connecting the community and schools (School Management Councils).

  • Introduction of Lecturers for Elementary and Junior High Schools' Classes
  • Introduction of Local Human Resources Related to Educational Support
  • Acting as an Intermediary Between the Community and Schools Regarding Local Events, Handling Requests and Recruitment
  • Planning and Management of Collaborative Projects Between Elementary and Junior High Schools
