Parents and children will cutely arrange spring flowers in containers upcycled from plastic bottles

Applications will be accepted from Monday, February 16 via the application form or by phone (phone inquiries are available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Community Center open days)
If applications exceed the capacity, a lottery will be held.
Results will be notified by email or phone by Friday, March 6.
