Pension Consultation

We will answer inquiries regarding eligibility and claims related to the National Pension.
Please bring your basic pension number notification or pension book, and identification documents (My Number Card, driver's license, etc.).
If someone other than the person in question comes for consultation, a power of attorney and a form of identification for the visitor are required.
(If you would like to know more details such as the estimated pension amount or have inquiries regarding the Employees' Pension, please use the Fuchu Pension Office or the Pension Consultation Center in your area.)
