Inagi Lifestyle Festa 2025

This year, we will hold the Inagi Life Festa with the theme of "Reducing Food Loss"!
We will hold parent-child cooking classes and card game events that children can enjoy, as well as comedy acts, movie screenings, and experiment workshops that adults can also enjoy.
Also, consumer groups active within the city will introduce their activities and hold exhibitions.
There is also a stamp rally where you can receive prizes! Please be sure to visit us.

Cooking Class to Enjoy Eating Daikon with Parents and Children

We use a whole daikon radish to make okonomiyaki and bell-shaped castella. Let's cook and taste the usually discarded skins and leaves, and learn about food loss.

Unique-shaped vegetables will be given to participants!

Learning about Food Loss through the "No Leftover Food Game"

Let's enjoy learning how to reduce leftover food and food loss through card games.

Participants will receive SDGs goods as a gift!

Experimental Course "Why Does Bread Rise?"

Let's learn about the roles of koji and yeast through experiments to understand why bread rises.

Note: Bread tasting is not available. Disaster prevention bread will be given to participants as a gift!

Movie "Mottainai Kitchen" Screening

A road movie about an Australian film director who rescues zero-cost ingredients that would be thrown away, transforms them into delicious dishes, and serves them to the local people.

During the Kurashi Festa, the short film "Mottainai Kitchen" is being screened all day.
Please feel free to stop by at your convenience.
