[Notice] About Rental Housing and Condominium Housing
Applications are accepted regardless of rental, condominium, or owned housing.

Please note that the subsidy is only applicable if theft prevention measures are implemented at the applicant's residence.
Note: Properties such as rental units owned by landlords, where you do not reside yourself, are not eligible for subsidies.
Subsidy Amount
Half of the purchase price of security equipment, etc. (Amounts less than 1,000 yen are rounded down). However, the maximum is 10,000 yen.
