We are recruiting users for the Inagi City section of the cemetery at Minami-Tama Urban Cemetery (1999-2, Minami-Osawa 3-chome, Hachioji City).

Application Eligibility

(1) Hosting of Religious Ceremonies

Person in charge of the memorial service for the requested ashes

(Note) "The person in charge of the funeral rites" refers to "a person who, with the consent of the relatives of the applicant's remains, serves as the chief mourner of the funeral or the host of the memorial service, and is in a position to protect and manage the remains and the grave site in the future."

(2) Residency Requirements

The applicant themselves must have been continuously registered as a resident in Inagi City for more than one year (since before September 13, 2024).

(3) Condition of the remains

For those who have "bones that have never been buried (interred) or stored even once"
(Example) Those who have it at home, those who have entrusted it to the temporary storage facility at the Tokyo Metropolitan Cemetery
(Note) Excluding reburied and divided bones

(4) Relationship

From the applicant's remains, those within the range of the following relationships

• Spouse (including those in a common-law marriage)
• Direct lineal ascendants and descendants: parents, children, grandchildren
• Siblings by Blood
• Foster parents, foster son or foster daughter
• Persons in a partnership relationship based on the "Tokyo Metropolitan Partnership Oath System"
