Resolving the Shortage of Personnel for District Sports Promotion Associations

Recruitment Details

There are 10 district sports promotion associations within the city, which have been enthusiastically conducting community-based sports promotion activities. However, in recent years, due to rapid aging and a serious shortage of personnel, as well as stagnation in project management, some districts face concerns about the continuation of the associations themselves, marking a major turning point.

Until now, the city has provided support through financial assistance such as project cost subsidies (including additional subsidies for districts implementing pool opening projects) and the implementation of joint projects involving multiple districts. However, to maintain and develop these efforts, the introduction of flexible ideas and resources from private Business Operators is indispensable.

 

We are seeking a wide range of ideas that contribute to the development of sports promotion, such as "solutions to manpower shortages" to reduce the burden on district sports promotion associations and create a sustainable system, and "proposals for new programs and plans" to increase local residents' motivation to participate in sports and revitalize projects.

Sustainable Maintenance and Management of City-Operated Sports Facilities

Recruitment Details

In some city-operated sports facilities (gymnasiums and outdoor grounds) within the city, maintenance costs such as aging facilities and turf care have become a significant burden. Due to the history of these facilities being used at low or no cost, a sudden increase in user fees is difficult. Currently, efforts are being made to review usage fees, conduct visual inspections by staff, maintain turf in cooperation with sports organizations, and carry out repairs within a limited budget.

In light of these circumstances, we are broadly seeking flexible and concrete proposals regarding measures to reduce the burden of maintaining directly managed facilities, methods for procuring project funds utilizing private sector vitality and expertise, and initiatives to revitalize sports promotion linked with corporate PR and CSR activities. While it is difficult to address large-scale repairs, a certain budget for repair costs has been secured, and proposals including new revenue generation and fundraising methods are welcome.

Recruitment of Donation Partners for "School Commute and Traffic Safety Children's Hats and Security Buzzers"

Recruitment Details

Our city provides all children newly entering elementary school each year with "School Commute and Traffic Safety Children's Hats" and "Security Buzzers" free of charge to ensure their safety during their commute to and from school.

This initiative, which supports the first step toward a safe and secure learning environment for children, has been implemented solely with the city’s budget until now. However, moving forward, we aim to carry it out sustainably through partnerships (public-private collaboration) with companies and organizations that share the philosophy of "nurturing and watching over children as a whole community."

 

We are widely seeking companies and organizations that agree with the purpose of this initiative and can continuously support the creation of a safe and secure environment for children.

Benefits of Collaboration

• As a company supporting the creation of a safe and secure commuting environment for children who will lead the future, you can enhance your presence and credibility within the local community. (Promotion of CSR and SDGs)
• On the official city website, we will introduce and promote your company as a cooperating partner.
• It is possible for approximately 900 households of new students annually and their Parents or Guardians to directly recognize your company name and commitment to community contribution.

Regarding Sponsorship for the "Inagi City Citizen Charter Promotion Council"

Recruitment Details

The Inagi City Citizens' Charter Promotion Council was established to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the city's founding (November 1, 1981). It works to promote the Inagi City Citizens' Charter and advance it as a concrete movement. The council's activities are supported through the cooperation and sponsorship of business operators, organizations, and individuals.
We would like to ask for the cooperation of business operators and others who agree with the philosophy and activities of the council to support this initiative.

Benefits of Collaboration

• We will display and promote your support as an associate member of the Citizen Charter during events. (e.g., I-no-Machi Inagi Citizen Festival)
• You will be introduced as an associate member in materials for awareness and education.
• We will post it on the city website.

Digital Divide Countermeasure Project

Recruitment Details

The City Administration is promoting the principle of online administrative procedures with the goal of a "no-visit service counter," enabling citizens to complete procedures "anytime" and "anywhere." However, correcting the digital divide is an important issue to ensure that all citizens can benefit.
We envision smartphone consultation sessions, operation instruction meetings, and cashless payment explanation sessions, but we will broadly consider any initiatives that contribute to bridging the digital divide.

Benefits of Collaboration

As an initiative contributing to solving administrative issues and improving public welfare, it will be posted on the city website, public relations magazines, and other media outlets.
