The FY2024 U.S.-Japan Friendship Inagi City Citizens Golf Tournament is also scheduled to be held.
Would you like to participate in a golf tournament at the "Tama Hills Golf Course" inside the Tama Service Auxiliary Facility at Yokota Air Base, a place you rarely have the chance to enter?
Note: Since this is a U.S. military-related facility, there are several precautions. Please read the following carefully and apply only after understanding them.

- Note: When attending on the day, it is necessary to present one of the following forms of identification.
- Note: Due to the circumstances of Yokota Air Base, there may be changes regarding the presentation of identification. In such cases, the affected individuals will be notified by email.
- Passport
- Driver's license and Certificate of Residence with registered domicile (obtained within the last 3 months)
- Note: If you are unable to present an identification document on the day of the event, you will not be allowed to enter the facility and participate in the tournament.
- Note: Regarding the driver's license, on the day of the event, it is mandatory to present both the driver's license and the Certificate of Residence with registered domicile (obtained within the last 3 months; the cost of obtaining it is the responsibility of the individual). If you forget either one, you will not be allowed to enter the facility or participate in the tournament, so we recommend entering with a passport.
- Note: Please ensure that your identification document is valid at the time of entry. If you plan to renew it between the application date and the event date, please contact the Sports Promotion Section.
If you are coming by private car on the day of the event, you must apply in advance for your vehicle number (e.g., Tama 123 A 1234) (an application is also required if you are carpooling).

Note: The participation fee includes play fees, breakfast, lunch, insurance, and project consumable expenses.
Note: Any remaining funds after the project will be donated to the Social Welfare Council of Inagi City.

If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, a lottery will be held.
The lottery results will be notified by email by Friday, March 27.
Note: For those who applied as a group, the lottery results will be notified to the representative, so the representative should inform the other members of the group of the results.
Winners will receive a notification of their win along with information on how to pay the participation fee (the payment period will be one week after the notification of winning).

Participants of the same group wishing to join
You can apply as a group of up to 3 people. (In that case, the lottery will also be conducted on a group basis.)
Other Important Notes
If there are any errors in the application details, you will not be able to enter the facility on the day of the event and participate in the competition, so please make sure to enter the information accurately.
If you are using your driver's license as a form of identification, you will need a Certificate of Residence with your registered domicile (obtained within the last 3 months and at your own expense). If you forget your driver's license and Certificate of Residence on the day, you will not be able to enter the facility and participate in the event. If you are applying as a group, please be sure to inform your group members of this.
If you win the lottery, city staff will check the Basic Resident Registration Card and confirm your nationality as necessary.
