QuestionPlease tell me how to submit a divorce notice (court, mediation, settlement, acknowledgment).

Response

When submitting a divorce notification (such as through court proceedings), documents such as a certified copy of the mediation record, a certified copy of the ruling or judgment, and a certificate of finality are required as attached documents. Additionally, in the case of a consensual divorce, the notifier is both parties, whereas in the case of a divorce through court proceedings, the notifier is the applicant for mediation or ruling, or the party who filed the lawsuit. However, if these individuals do not submit the notification within 10 days from the date of the establishment of mediation or the finalization of the ruling/judgment, the other party may also submit the notification.
