Starting from March 1, 2024, you can obtain a copy of your family register at the windows of municipalities other than your registered domicile.

Certificates such as family register extracts, family register附票, and certificates of identity cannot be obtained from municipalities other than the municipality of your registered domicile. Please contact the municipality of your registered domicile for inquiries about mail delivery and other services.
