Let's apply for the Mechanical Designer Kunio Okawara Project "3rd Mechanical Design Contest"!

Inagi City, the hometown of Kunio Okawara, a renowned mechanical designer.

In Inagi City, we aim to create an attractive town and a vibrant community by installing works that evoke the designs of Kunio Okawara within the city and by holding events.

The "Mecha Design Contest," which started in Fiscal Year 2023, has judges including Kunio Okawara who review all submitted works and award outstanding designs.

The 3rd contest for the fiscal year 2025 will be held as a collaborative project with the entertainment-style flower park "HANA・BIYORI" in the city, and submissions will be accepted from July 1, 2025, to January 4, 2026.

To help you visualize the submitted works, the award-winning pieces from the 2nd contest will be exhibited at the "Inagi Transmission Base Pair Terrace" for about one month.

Take a break at the pair terrace and enjoy the award-winning works and refined illustrations by Kunio Okawara.
