New Community Development Study Area to Replace the Land Readjustment Project
According to the established urban plan, the Sakahama Hirao area (city-managed) designated for development through the Land Readjustment Project will be transitioned to a new Community Development project due to changes in the socio-economic situation.
Through land readjustment by the association and the introduction of the District Plan system, the Sakahama Hirao area is a district that aims to develop into a "living city where people can enjoy water and greenery and interact with each other."
