Certificate related to address organization (Old and New Lot Number Comparison Table)

We will issue various certificates related to address organization or the land readjustment project land allocation.
Additionally, we have published comparative materials of the old and new versions.

Type of Certificate

• Town Name and Lot Number Change Certificate [Land]: This certifies the old and new lot numbers of the land.
• Town Name and Lot Number Change Certificate [Building]: This certifies the old and new building number and location.
  (Certification is only available for the Hirao area (excluding Hirao Minami Ward) and the Wakabadai area.)
• Town Name and Lot Number Change Certificate [Corporation]: This certifies the old and new locations of the corporation.
• Address Change Certificate: The old and new addresses on the Certificate of Residence are issued by the Citizen Affairs Division. Please see the following page.

Application Method

After filling out the necessary information on the Application Form at the Community Development Revitalization Division counter on the 3rd floor of City Hall, it will be issued free of charge.
