Use and Occupation of Parks
Parks are public property that can be freely used within the limits that do not hinder others' use, in accordance with their original purpose. (Principle of Free Use) To maintain this principle, the morals and manners of all users of the park are very important.
However, in order to ensure proper management of the park, activities such as sales of goods, monopolization by events like festivals, and filming for dramas are restricted. If you wish to engage in these restricted activities, you must obtain permission. (Permission for activities)
In principle, it is not allowed to install structures or other properties other than park facilities in the park. However, in cases of public interest or other unavoidable reasons, such as the installation of utility poles, permission can be obtained to install them. (Permission for occupancy)
