FY 2025 Health Checkup for Uninsured Persons

Eligible Individuals

For those who will turn 40 years old or older during fiscal year 2025 and are not insured as of April 1, 2025, a voucher for a free health checkup provided by the Health Center will be sent.
For health insurance subscribers, please contact your insurer (the issuer of your Health Insurance Card).

Timing of Sending Medical Examination Coupons

For those aged 75 and over: Around early May
For those aged 40 to 74: Around early June
